國立中山大學住宿部住宿須知
Guidelines on the Accommodation at the Visitor's Lodge
一、服務對象:以服務本校教職員警工生(含眷屬親友)、退休教職員工、校友、貴賓為主,不對外營業。
This accommodation service is primarily for the faculty, staff, security guards, students (including their family, relatives, and friends), retired faculty and staff, alumni, as well as guests of the University. It is not open to the public.
二、費用計算標準:
Charging Standards:
(一)基本費用 Basic Charge
1.客房:每(間)日收清潔管理費1000元整,每間限住2人(單人床二張)。
Twin Room: a cleaning and management fee of TWD 1000 per day, with a maximum of two people per room (two single beds)
2.團體套房:每(間)日收清潔管理費4000元整,至多限住20人。
Group Room: a cleaning and management fee of TWD 4000 per day, with a maximum of twenty people
(二)住宿日算法:以每日下午3時至隔日上午11時為一日計算,房間如經使用,須支付當日住宿費用。
Calculation of a Day: One day of stay is counted from the afternoon starting at 15:00 to the next morning at 11:00. One-day fee shall be charged once the room is used.
三、住宿手續:Check-In and Check-out Procedures
(一)訂房作業全面採線上預訂,以7日前辦理為限且不得指定房號。
Reservation is only available online, with at least seven days in advance and no option for designated rooms.
(二)如擬取消住宿,請洽本部服務台辦理。於3日前辦理者,退還全額清潔管理費;2日前辦理者,退還50%清潔管理費;當日取消或未入住者,恕不退費且以自動放棄論。如有退訂手續費,由客戶自行負擔。
Any cancellations shall contact the front desk directly. Cancellation of three (3) days or two days before check-in may receive full or 50% refund, respectively. There is no refund for no-shows and cancellations made on the day of arrival, and guests may be responsible for any fees incurred by cancellation.
(三)住宿預約應提供教職員證、學生證、校友證或其他可資證明文件查核,並於住宿前完成線上繳納住宿費用,恕不提供現場收費服務。
A copy of a valid ID or any supporting document shall be submitted online for verification when making a reservation. Online payment shall be completed before check-in; on-site payment service is unavailable.
(四)非本校人員住宿,須有校內教職員生提出證明並負有連帶介紹之責,方可住宿登記。校友憑校友證辦理,不可代訂預約。
Faculty, staff and students of the University may make reservations for non-university personnel, provided they present required NSYSU ID and assume joint liability. Alumni shall not make reservations for others using their alumni card.
(五)住宿繳款連結、訂房確認、房號取鑰流程等相關資訊,將以電子郵件通知,請貴賓務必確認訂房手續完畢且取得取鑰密碼,始得入住。
Guests will receive an email regarding the link to accommodation payment, booking confirmation, room numbers, and check-in details. Guests shall make sure to complete their booking and receive a code to open the key box.
(六)住宿服務採半自助式,貴賓入住之房號鑰匙將置放於櫃檯密碼箱中,請於入住前確認已收到取鑰匙之密碼;退房時請將鑰匙繳回服務台回收箱中。
The accommodation service operates on a semi-self-service basis. Key boxes labelled with room numbers are placed at the front desk, and guests shall fetch their room key by unlocking the box with the code provided during their booking. The key shall be returned to a drop box at the front desk upon check-out.
(七)下午3時後始得辦理入住,並於上午11時前辦理退房,逾時2小時以內者,以半日費用計算收費,超過2小時者,以全日費用計算收費。
Guests shall check in after 15:00, and check out before 11:00. Late check-out within two hours shall be charged a half-day fee, and more than two hours a full-day fee.
四、住宿規定 Accommodation Policies
(一)住宿客房有限,訂房採線上預約,屆時因故無法住宿,請提前告知。
Booking shall be made online. Guests unable to stay as planned shall inform the front desk in advance due to limited availability of rooms.
(二)來賓於住宿期間請憑收據單或房間鑰匙進出校園,車輛請停放在防波堤停車場。
During their stay, guests are eligible to enter the campus with their receipt or room key and shall park their vehicle in the Pier Parking Lot.
(三)住宿賓客如有需要服務之處,請洽詢服務台管理員。
Guests requiring any assistance during their stay shall contact the front desk attendant.
(四)應於前1個月預訂住宿,且不得自行指定房間。
(五)客房床鋪、床頭請請遵守各項管理規定,勿隨意搬移。
Guests shall abide by the management regulations and shall not move the beds and bedside tables in their room arbitrarily.
(六)請遵守校園各項管理規定,維護住宿安寧與秩序。
Guests shall adhere to the management regulations to maintain a peaceful and orderly environment.
(七)貴重物品與金錢請自行保管,如有遺失或失竊,本部不負責賠償。
Guests shall secure their valuable items and money. The Visitor's Lodge assumes no responsibility for compensation in case of loss or theft.
(八)住宿期間請愛惜公物,現有設備(非消耗品)如因其過失而致損壞或短少,應照價賠償。
Guests shall use public property appropriately during their stay and shall compensate for any damage or loss of existing equipment (excluding consumables) due to negligence.
(九)室內外嚴禁吸菸、酗酒、賭博、大聲喧嘩,以維護安寧清潔。
Smoking, excessive drinking, gambling, and making loud noises shall be strictly prohibited both indoors and outdoors in order to maintain a peaceful and clean environment.
(十)嚴禁攜帶違禁品、危險物、寵物等入內,並請勿在房內擅自使用電器用品,以維護住宿安全。
It is strictly forbidden to bring prohibited items, dangerous substances, or pet into the Visitor's Lodge. Additionally, guests shall not use unauthorized electrical appliances in their room to ensure the safety of the accommodation
(十一)住宿期間至多15日,如有特殊情形須長期住宿者應專案簽准。
Guests are eligible to stay up to fifteen days. Those requiring a longer stay due to special circumstances shall obtain a special approval.
(十二)宿舍設有RO純水設備、自助繳費洗衣機、自助繳費烘乾機,請住宿賓客自行使用。
Guests are welcome to use the RO purified water facilities, self-service payment washing machines, and self-service payment dryers in the Visitor's Lodge.
(十三)住房時應由住客本人取鑰,不得有冒領等情事,如經查獲不實者,登記預約者應負連帶責任。
Guests shall collect their key in person during check-in, and shall be accountable for any violation of this provision.
(十四)各房型不提供加床服務,請勿超額入住。
Extra beds are not available in any room type, so do not exceed the maximum of guest limit stipulated.
(十五)退房時,請關閉電燈、冷氣、電器設備,共同節能省電。
When checking out, lights, air conditioners, and electrical appliances shall be turned off to conserve energy.
(十六)房務清潔時間為週一至週五(不含國定假日)下午12時30分起至4時30分止。
The room cleaning service is available from Monday to Friday (excluding national holidays) from 12:30 to 16:30.
(十七)如有鑰匙遺失情形,房客應付款1000元換鎖費等門禁系統。
Guests who lost their room key shall be charged a fee of TWD 1000 for the replacement of the key and access control system.
(十八)如有違失行為者,恕不提供住房服務。
Accommodation services shall no longer be available to those violating the policy.
五、客房電話使用方法: Instructions for Using the Room Telephone:
(一)學校總機電話:5252000;各房間號碼即為分機號碼。
The telephone number of the University is 5252000, and the room number is the extension.
(二)校內分機可撥對方號碼;打市區電話請先按"0"字,再撥對方號碼。
The room extension machine can make local calls by pressing "0" first and then the number.
(三)Morning Call設定方法:請先按*5,在按所設定時間即可。(例如:欲設定早上6:00時,應按*5 0600)
To set a morning call, guests shall press *5 first and their desired time. (For instance, to set a morning call at 6:00, press*5 0600.)

(三)專人服務時間:週一至週五上午9時起下午12時、下午1時30分起至下午4時30分止(不含國定假日)。
Service Hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 12:00, and from 13:30 to 16:30 (excluding national holidays)
